Ambulances

An ambulance service will be available at:

-    The Airport with a Consultant doctor upon arrival of delegations

-    Main Hotels

-    The Conference Centre with a Consultant doctor, all necessary requirements for emergency, and a permanent clinic

Clinics

A clinic will be open around the clock at the Conference Centre, situated at the underground floor of Doha Sheraton.

This clinic will be furnished with:

-     A doctor and a nurse

-     An ambulance with two first-aid staff in front of each location of the Conference.

•      Opening an advanced Medical Centre at the head location of the ICNRD-6

•      Required medicines

•      Free emergency service and medicine

Emergency Preparations

To deal with any emergency,  Qatar Authorities will take the following arrangements:

-    To arrange with Catastrophes Committee at Hamad Medical Corporation and the Permanent Committee for Catastrophes

-    Special rooms at hospitals will be reserved for the hospitalization of urgent cases of delegates and visitors, and some other rooms will be reserved for VIP

-    Emergencies and Incidents Department and Medical Ambulance

Services will be on the alert during the time of the Conference.
